This audio recording is a reading of an essay written for the ’30 Minutes with Mo’. This essay is in response to writing prompts, ‘How Are Your Survival Needs Met?’

Click here for more information about the ’30 Minutes with Yogi Moni’ Series, the written essay, reflections on this essay and info about where the writing prompt came from. This essay reading starts with a boring laundry list of ‘survival sources’, then closes with some self reflection and a call to action. If you are curious about me, listen to the entire thing. Otherwise skip to minutes 5:35. If you have a really short attention span, skip to minute 7.
Take this and all ’30 Minutes with Yogi Mo’ recordings for what they are – readings of candid, stream of consciousness writings that I just feel like sharing. – Monique
