Who is Yogi Moni?

My name is Monique Danielle - sometimes I call myself Yogi Mo or Yogi Moni just because it's fun to say. I am an E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, personal trainer, web developer, and former marketing professional. I'm moving in June of 2013 where I hope to have time to be involved in the yoga and wellness community. Until then I'm focusing the majority of my energy on this site.

What is the purpose of HathaYoga.net

HathaYoga.net's mission is to create a place where yoga practitioners and teachers can find useful resources. The goal is to provide free and low cost yoga resources for your healing journey. Though the site is called 'Hatha' Yoga.net, I feel that a complete yoga practice should transcend yoga postures and breathing. We are multifaceted human beings, and our yoga practice (as well as this site) reflect that. With HathaYoga.net I seek to give more than I take and to operate this web site from a spirit of love and generosity.

Who is HathaYoga.net?

Right now Monique Danielle is the only regular contributor to HathaYoga.net. However the teachings and articles she shares here are inspired by great teachers, past and present. Also, the site includes articles from a few guest writers. Monique hopes to include articles from more guest writers, as sharing a diverse yogic perspective is beneficial to all.
